I was paralyzed for three weeks against all odds I started to walk again and now I am building to compete in a local bodybuilding show. Keep pushing hard and congratulations on everything you have achieved so far

Man what a strong minded and bodied man!! I just did a 16mile hike over Mam tor and the steepest last climb it was all mental to push myself, I can't imagine how tough your mind is!!
