Took 5 solid minutes of exposition to get to the stretch example... I don't have a short attention span, my back hurts.
I feel like anyone who sat at a desk in public school figured this one out in Jr high.
My suggestion is show the move then the explanation and reasoning. It's obvious he knows what he's talking about but few of us are gonna sit through the jargon long enough to relearn the move we all forgot about. ⭐⭐
I appreciate the feedback - I’ll put necessary explanations at the latter.
If everyone had this figured out then they wouldn’t have this problem - see it all the time in the clinic.
It’s not about doing the “stretch” - it’s the recipe of the right spot, how much force to apply, how often, and objectively testing to see if it’s working for you. This is the reason for the “jargon.”
Baking a cake is simple, but the recipe of HOW you do it determines if it’s any good.
