Admired the work your doing for those passes, sad that you had to contribute towards your staff Pass Anton. I never passed to use buses when I was at school, I was born in the 1950’s, it was all cash fares, although we always had a school coach. I was very pleased that when I reached state pension age, got my London Freedom Pass for free, nice perk in these expensive times of travel. It’s really an interesting book. Would be really helpful for those who are looking to renew the Zip/Oyster cards. Again it’s ideal to renew at least 10-15 days before the expiry date. Great and awesome video as always 👍🏽👍🏽⭐️⭐️👍🏽👍🏽
Wow kids travel free in london? Thats brilliant, in ireland if you get a leapcard the child fares start at 5 years, and with a leapcard its about 60 cents, and without a leapcard and payin in coins its 1 euro a believe for the buses.
Great video as always Anton. In Medway if you have a consession pass you have to renew it 6-8 weeks before it runs out. Its free but if you loose it you have to pay £10.00 admin fee. As far as i know it only free if you had it robbed but you have to have a crime reference number. I'm not sure about the youth pass though. Hope you ok & having a good week x😊😊
The tube is getting bad aswell as buses with students not having zip cards as they either go through a open barriers where other passengers tapped on or they force their way through a barrier if there is one as not all stations have barriers just those validators outside the station and even of there is a member of staff they don't bother looking what's gone on as this is after school as this was a recent thing before the holidays and I had my nephew with me at the time for the past few weeks
I blame the demise of the Revenue inspector for this, as your more likely to see a lessor spotted dodo these days. If TFL gave a damn about fares they'd dust them off and get them back out checking tickets on our buses!

The attitude is we do what we want and adults are just as bad, and TFL say we can't leave anyone stranded no matter what the big red book says !!!! That book can be filed in the bin !!!! Wheres the revenue in London these days ???

Yes, there are a lot of youths Sarah, who are late in renewing their passes. I've noticed a large rise this past 12 months.

I believe in the future tfl are going to replace the oyster card system and you have to use your finger print to get on the buses or tube
