This is what my dad does for a living. He is the best in my eyes!! I saw him my whole life burn himself, countless optimologist visits, his fingers are not as pretty as this guy. Still its very very hard work... it takes time, passion, and creativity to do this kind of work. He taught me how to make the molds and taught my 2 brothers how to polish and diamond set as well. Im proud of my dad, he does such beautiful work.
