Savory Sensations: MACC Students Cook Up Delights

The MACC’s first-ever summer cooking camp was held the week of June 17 at Nōssi College of Art and Design in Nashville. The immersive class introduced students ages 13 and up to such basic techniques as sautéing, grilling, braising and roasting. Of course, Nōssi is an art school, so the importance of plate presentation was also stressed. As any great chef will tell you, people eat with their eyes first.
