disappointing layout, cheap finishes, and small room..... Personally, I expected finer detailings... True! its about location but for me it doesn't cut it if the layout and detailing are poor

For all that money that place better come fully furnished with washer and dryer, Refrigerator, TV no less than 72 Inches (well maybe too big for that "little" living room relatively speaking), year free of Light and water and a built in helper/chef....🤷♀️. Just sayingeven then that price is too steep.😂😂😂

With the prices of real estate ordinary Jamaicans will not be able to afford/buy a home! This is a same!! They selling things at US (America) prices, but don’t pay US salary!!
Facts they pay pennies on the dollar to build these units and they pay the workers they bare minimum , I could understand if they paid the workers at a premium rate in US dollars and spare no expenses to get these units built,but it's the opposite.
I get a tad bit nervous when you stop on the road side while those cars are speeding by. Should a car loose control, you are in danger. Don't want to tell you what to do, but I would suggest you do your intros in a parking lot or some place that would be much safer. Just looking out for you that's all

Congratulation Akeem , you are doing a wonderful job. You are showcasing some beautiful houses in Jamaica, which is a blessing in disguise. These houses are make to withstand hurricanes, storms, and other weathers. Houses in Jamaica cannot compare with houses in some places in America . Jamaica is a Tropical Country, and houses are suppose to built according to guide lines. because of the type of climate we have. USA has a lot of board houses on the Eastern Shores worth millions of dollars. They were blown in the Atlantic Ocean by Super Storm Sandy. Please don’t compare Jamaica with the USA. Anything you want in life you can have it,if save towards it . Everyone cannot live in the same area, some people like to live in the urban areas, while some people wants to live in the rural areas, which has more space. Sir, Boothe encourage some of these developers to develop Portland, St.Thomas, St. Mary, Trelawny, St. Elizabeth, Hanover,and Westmoreland. Kingston is too congested with a lot of traffic. These developers need to spread out. Keep Up The Good Work Peace.
As I was saying in my last response to you housing goes where the jobs are so the employment opportunities will have to increase first before developers will risk the investment

A developer with greater vision could have done so much with this space. Very disappointing layout.
What don't you like about it?
People really spend half a million US for these houses? You could build 2 houses with that money, and it does even com with no AC and the room downstairs look like a prison cell and the kitchen needed some of the dinning room space.

Thank you! That's exactly the point I have been making. I see nothing about these townhouses including the location that warrants $US595,000! Not only in America but in Western Europe too you can get bigger and better than this for the same $US with first world amenities all around you.
Y’all must be crazy to think this is worth almost $600k USD, the finishes are cheap, the windows are from the 80s smh. The builders are greedy!! Sir garbage cans are not garbage disposal.
Those windows are the best for ventilation along with louvre windows. Way better than modern sliding windows.
I understand the location dictates a premium. But I think it's over priced based on the fixtures. There are older townhomes in the area for less with nicer fixtures. Also you probably should start mentioning maintenance costs for townhouse and apartments. I believe these were 50 to 60k a month which was a big red flag for me.

I want to give some constructive feedback. This video made me dizzy. I would have liked to see you zoom out AND pause so we could get proper views of the spaces. There was a lot of time spent on switches and outlets which are not the selling points for houses. It seemed like maybe that’s what viewers were concerned with? It was hard to get a true understanding of the space with the camera twisting and turning so fast. I’m glad to see these videos and would appreciate you slowing down, zooming out and capturing the views.
Lamentably, the directions where these developers are heading with these price and these match-box houses is really disappointing and ridiculous.$550 usd... kmt. Poorly finished 1917.... bulb socket come on ....!!!!

The half-bathroom downstairs is like a coffin with a toilet. I'd be so claustrophobic! The downstairs bedroom can't even fit a single bed; it looks like a storage room. The stairs are way too dark, you'd have to have the lights on all the time and spend a tonne on electricity. There's not even a nice landing area on the second floor, just a little hallway. The rooms in general are very small. In my opinion, it's not worth the cost. It needs better fixtures and features for that price. It's worth about half of what they are asking. The nicest thing about this house are the windows and the kitchen counter tops.

Insanely over-priced for what is inside. Under stairs storage area in living room was a turn-off and size of powder room ridiculously small for that price point was expecting much better layout and finishes etc.

Jamaican buildings are built quite sturdily with strong building codes concrete and steel construction to withstand hurricanes. It's my understanding you cannot put central air conditioners in such construction. Many other countries in Europe and Asia have use mostly these types of air conditioning units. I think central air may mostly be a U.S. thing. Not sure about Canada.
This is certainly NOT worth $US595,000 at all! You can go to so many places in this world including North America and Europe and purchase a bigger, lovelier house for that kind of $US. This is a lot of money anywhere in this world, seriously!
