In my opinion, not worth 37M. Balcony too small, master balcony wasn't needed, kitchen sink too small. Living room area is good space. Master bathroom needs more than a shower for 37M
These developers need to stop being greedy for a basic designs

No offense but the spaces are small, so tight! Overall this was a nice presentation but the price too much, the balcony if you can call it that is dangerous not to mention the "walk-in closet" made me laugh cause I'm still looking for it... Not enough space for my pocketbooks, can't even mention space for shoes in that cubby hole... That being said video was very well done and I did still enjoy the tour!
