We wanted to see one of these caravans in the flesh so we visited our local dealer today. We fell in love with it immediately and take delivery of a brand new one in 2 weeks time😊
We have the same caravan and your review is on the money. Mind you, we're a couple also and manage to fill the cupboards quite nicely. Can't believe they lost the G-lounge for a bloomin TV wall in 2014.
Absolutely agree 👍 the G lounge was the seller for us having a breakfast table and a window. Our Elddis had the TV wall and the improvement to the G is massive. Maybe it's just a 2024 downgrade for the GT version 🤔
Bailey caravans still come with a plastic track above the wheel arch. Bailey sell a specific wheel arch cover for this. Really good seal but a bit fiddly to get on. We had it on our S1 Bailey Unicorn years ago and it worked well.
Happy Easter!! 8ft wide, plenty of space clean tidy and dry, what's not to like but.. much prefer the scenery, how did you manage to find Scotland only dry day lol !! Almost as wet as wales !!
4 dry days here but rain overnight and tomorrow so that's its dry day quota for the year 🤣🤣🤣

O at long last. Thank you This has made me realise that our van is not that bad. We have a Pegasus Modena, would love a transverse bed, but our French bed is comfy. We have almost as many cupbds as you, but we have an extra roof light. We also have the full bathroom & cupbds like yours. We do have a "tall" microwave & glass cover on the cooker.
I love your van, but I think we have struck a happy medium when needing a very light van.

What a lovely van that is, I love the G shape lounge. I have an L-shaped lounge van, but I have lost a window on one side because of the full size media wall. Your van maintains the window whilst a similar layout..like it a lot and being 8 foot wide looks very spacious. Think you have made a good choice there, hope you's enjoy it to the max 🙂
We have a wheel arch cover that fits over the topos the wheel. It's ideal. I never had problem with it.

Happy Easter. Good video but not sure on the G Shape layout but love the space. Regarding a wheel arch cover we bought one for our pamplona twin axle from Jaid designs and fits perfectly. They do singles also.

Very timely video thanks as we’re hopefully buying a new one in a week or so! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 A question. The gas cupboard appears to have a 6kg bottle in it. Is that the largest you can have and is there room for only one? We’re used to two in a front compartment. Thanks.
Alan and Ally Love the van. Possible solution to your wheel cover/ fridge in the way issue. Look up Draught Stoppa from Jaiddesigns! Corrugated plastic sheet the right size that opens up and fixes on with Velcro. Stupidly simple to attach and weighs nothing. Awning draught skirt threads through and stops it drooping. Transformed our awning. Good luck.

Personally the Eldis caravan looks nicer. We have an Avante 840 but have had dealer warranty repairs to fixed bed frame and seat panel just inside door which are common faults.

Yeah. We leave things in all cupboards including plates and tinned food. We just keep the weighted stuff low down 👍
Look at jaid design draugh stopper for your wheel arch
We have the ordinary Brindisi and we love ours. What sold it for me was the bathroom. I have never liked the ‘wet room’ type of bathroom. Give me a separate shower any day.
The bathroom was a big selling point. The other that Bailey lead on is no daft full height rear panel that so many owners say have cracked at the top from other manufacturers especially on 8ft wide caravans.

We've got a number of sizes from B&M. The bigger ones for the bedroom are 15x35x26 cm . The ones in the kitchen are 11x25.5x17 cm. It was just the closest we could get to the cupboard sizes. 😍😍
