  • A HIGH school teen has been tipped to become the next Usain Bolt - after running 9.98 seconds over 100 metres.
The 18-year-old sprinter Matthew Boling destroyed his rivals at a race in Houston, Texas and recorded the incredible mark.
Given the race is being run the wrong way down the home straight, it appears officials changed the race around for favourable wind conditions.
But it appears to have worked TOO well.
Boling beat his rivals from gun to tape, getting out of the blocks quickly, before opening up his stride to take an emphatic victory by 0.3sec to his nearest rival.

It’s also an oval so those people would not see a damn thing if they were seated on the other side. 99.9% of the time the camera set up makes it so the viewer sees the runners go from left to right. It’s not the case here because the wind goes from right to left so they use it as aid like they always do. Time was not under the legal limit since it was +4.2. Don’t reply.
