4x8 is still holding from '97 though but we beat the 1956 record by 8 seconds so 2 per leg faster. Small area just can't get 4 solid half milers together.

Not saying he's on anything but every 4 to 6 years we see a young white child is fast out the blue. During college years they fade off. I've ran with and against the best also saw the best to ever run in high school. 90-97 Cali track and filed off the chain. Let's hope he dose pan out before social media eats him up try to make him the face of sprinting.

You just witnessed the most improbably comeback I have ever seen. It is a phenomenal performance and the courage to push to your limit is not to be taken lightly. Remember he is not racing against someone that is slow. That is the anchor relay man for one of the fastest teams in the country. It’s all over now........... and sure enough...... here came Fred ( he thought he was God’s gift to women) , running a 47’ something.....and catching everyone who might have been in front of him...... he was our hero ! ! !
