A simple and delicious peanut fudge recipe. This peanut toffee is a quick and unusual treat. Only 3 ingredients and great results!
INGREDIENT:
170 g of peanuts
500 ml of milk
70 g of sugar
Decoration:
10 g of peanuts
10 g almonds
10 g hazelnuts

I want to take a second to appreciate that we poured the peanuts out of one bowl into a slightly larger bowl before mixing it with milk.
...and then poured them both into the blender, which would have been a perfectly fine place for them to stand together as well. Maximum washing up - accomplished!

In Spain we make similar sweets with water instead of milk, and with any kinds of nuts (generally chopped up or whole). It's called _guirlache_

Ich lebe ketogen (ohne Zucker/ohne Kohlenhydrate) vegan und da CZcams mir dieses Video vorgeschlagen hat, habe ich es mir angesehen und aus Neugier eine keto vegane Version gemacht, die nach Toffy-Nougat schmeckt. 🙂
Ich habe 200 g geröstete Haselnüsse, 100 g Erythrit, 400 ml ungesüsste Mandelmilch und etwas Vanillin verwendet. Funktioniert genauso gut und schmeckt lecker.
Allerdings ist mir beim Zubereiten klar geworden, dass ich so etwas in der Art schon ewig keto vegan mache, aber ohne das Erhitzen und das ewige Rühren.
Ich nehme dafür fein gemahlene Nüsse oder Mandeln, das Süßungsmittel, Aroma oder Kakao und nur sehr wenig Flüssigkeit. Mann kann somit direkt einen festen Teig machen und ihn in Form pressen und in Stücke schneiden oder einfach löffeln. Geht viel schneller mit deutlich weniger Aufwand und ist wahrscheinlich auch gesünder, weil keine starke Hitze verwendet wird. 🙂
I'm ketogenic (no sugar/no carbs) vegan and since CZcams suggested this video to me, I watched it and out of curiosity made a keto vegan version that tastes like nougat toffy. 🙂
I used 200g roasted hazelnuts, 100g erythritol, 400ml unsweetened almond milk and some vanillin. Works just as well.
However, while preparing it, I realized that I've been making something like this keto vegan for ages, but without the heating and constant stirring.
I use finely ground nuts or almonds, the sweetener, flavoring or cocoa and very little liquid. You can make a solid dough straight away and press it into shape and cut it into pieces or simply spoon it out. It's much quicker with significantly less effort and is probably healthier because it doesn't use high heat. 🙂

Probably not the best idea--salted peanuts have a LOT of salt, and I think it would be too much here. You can always add salt to taste, but you can't take it out!
