- Dry Fruit Ball (Energy Booster) Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons ghee
1 small bowl almonds
1 small bowl cashew nuts
1 small bowl walnuts
1/2 small bowl black raisins
1/2 small bowl pumpkin seeds
1/2 small bowl melon seeds
1/2 small bowl sesame seeds
1 plate dates
1/2 plate dried figs (injeer)
Instructions:
Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a pan.
Add almonds, cashew nuts, walnuts, and black raisins to the pan. Cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
Transfer the cooked mixture to a plate.
In the same pan, add pumpkin seeds, melon seeds, and sesame seeds. Mix well and fry for 1 minute.
In a separate pan, cook dates and dried figs for 2-3 minutes to soften them.
Add the softened dates and figs to a grinder and grind them well.
In a large bowl, combine the ground dates and figs with the previously cooked nut and seed mixture. Mix well.
Use your hands to shape the mixture into small balls.
Your delicious and nutritious Dry Fruit Balls are now ready to be enjoyed!
