It’s quite nice of you that you share with all everything that you’ve learnt while switching to another organisation and moving to Gurgaon. And it is really OK if you can’t reply to everyone’s queries regarding referrals, BUT (there’s always a BUT 😀) what you could do sometimes is refer someone in need of a job in your previous orgs via your ex-colleagues (hoping some of ‘em are still a part of that particular org)..or at least you could put the person (in need) in contact with your ex-colleagues (professional networking). You never know - this small initiation from your side might actually help someone get their dream job which would completely change their life. Loved your QnA session! Amazingly honest content. Hi sankalan I don’t know how many people you have referred but it’s not this easy, i already have a lot on my plate. On regular basis I do a lot, and adding on my plate would not be kind to me only. And shouldn’t we help ourselves before helping others? Fun fact i have never been referred on any company by anyone and yet I have gotten a lot of interviews and even cracked some of them :)
@@AasthaDhami I’ve referred many people - in previous orgs (couldn’t do it in current one yet as I’m new here) and it actually helped ppl :) Similar to you even I’ve been selected in my current org without any referral (moreover, got many calls from other orgs and was able to get couple of more offers) but that never became the reason for me to NOT try and help others in dire need of job. And hey you should help people IF you have the bandwidth to do so (considering you already have so much to do). No need to pile up more work 😀 My comment was just a suggestion. Cheers! 🥂
The "not revealing your CTC" thing is just a way for corporates to maximize their profits by paying us chillars! TCS's profits have skyrocketed exponentially over the past 12 years yet they haven't increased the starting package of 3.36 lpa, which used to be a joke even back then!!

Ma'am i have doubts please clear I have just done accounting course and that was online and i had opted for placement also so they are i think tie up with Capgemini so i may can get mail of interviewe for engineering/web software but my placement manager told me that there is accounting work will be there so i applied and I'm from Mira road and will I get cab facilities and please suggest any company where I can apply please i just want to make career in good company with good opportunities
