Great informative video. Thanks !
Informative and helpful! Thanks!
I collect California postmarks and got RTS from several operating post offices. What a pain. Also I have around 100 postmark requests that were not returned or useless machine cancels from Calif and Washington. I'm working from a checklist.
Nice video Bob, thank you.
Thanks for another great video - that's crazy to think the cost of a penny black stamp was equivalent to half an hour of work wages!? Puts things into perspective
Thanks Bob for the informative video
Hi Bob, Thank you for taking the time to make these informative videos. I appreciate it!
I received a pack of 100 space/planet stamps which were all CTOs. It was easy to tell that the countries were looking for easy income. The $7 packet is probably worth 70 cents. I prefer stamps that at least had a chance to be on a letter.
Nice!
You did not mention pen cancels. Ugh!
Pen cancels are the worst, You should watch Graham Beck's Exploring Stamps channel, he does a deep dive into pen cancels and also brings them up in a similar video about postmarks and cancels. Really worth a watch, I learned a lot.
@@peterconrad2277 Will do. Thanks
To be honest, I couldn't find my pen cancelled stamps and get them scanned before I made this video. But Part II that should be out 4/5 will include them, along with some other things. Thanks for the comment.
Thank you, you're awesome
Question please... What are the stamps made of red mercury?
