The stamp came into circulation in 1937. The value of any stamp depends on its condition such as uncirculated stamp in mint condition will sell much higher than the one has been in circulation and in used condition. The reputed auctioneers like christie's and sothebys can do a correct valuation depending upon its genuinety, condition and history. I would suggest getting an authentication certification done and then contact these companies for the auction value. Hope this helps. Goodluck

Look for the auctioneer that sells stamps and coins. Please watch my videos. Mostly in all videos, we have mentioned the name of the auctioneers.
I am Naeem khan have some old collection as I collected stamps from 1976 to 1989 than stoped just found in my stores

The best option would be to scan them all and send the pics to international auctioneers like Sotheby's, cherrystone etc. These companies can give appraisal for each stamp and can put them in auctions for you. Thank you and goodluck.

I have 1 Rs & 5 Rs. George vi British India stamps, Today what is actual value of these stamps?
I would suggest to scan them and send to an international auctioneers such as cherrystone auctions for the appraisal. If it worth alot, they will advise you so you can put the originals into the action. Hope this helps. Goodluck
Where we can sell them ?
I would suggest getting an authentication certification done before you put it into an auction. A reputed auction company won't accept it for auction unless certification proves the authentication of the item. The auction companies like Sotheby's or similar can give you a valuation figure that how much its gonna sell for.
