- This video is about Rare Most Expensive Stamps In The World. These are Valuable Philatelic Treasures from about 38 Countries including France. Monaco, Germany. Peru, Bulgaria, Italy, etc. In different countries, governments issue stamps of different denominations in unequal numbers. In addition, some lines are discontinued and others are introduced. As the illustrations on those discontinued stamps were associated with some specific social and political realities of the time of their issue, they are often valued for their beauty and historical significance by stamp collectors. Passionate collectors often buy such rare stamps with no intention to use them for postage.
