I legit considered Minecraft horror-ish back in Alpha, lol. It wasn't an extremely popular game yet, spoilers weren't everywhere online so they were avoidable, and I was just a complete newb playing an unfamiliar game. I remember always running to my shelter at dusk and waiting the night out by doing something or just going idle cos you couldn't sleep yet, lol. Currently trying to recreate that old horror to some extent with my own WIP modpack. That said, thanks for the suggestions!
Thank you so MUCH for not just making this about Ooogeyboogies or Parasites. Those mods become more frustrating/unfun to use after a while. They are practically the Hello Neighbour of Minecraft. Fun to watch, but horrible to play yourself.
I think these mods would increase the horror of the pack: Cannibal Conundrum- adds a new type of pillager based of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre, as well as new horrorific structure type The Box of Horrors- adds a number of different famous horror monsters to the game that will stalk and kill you SCP: Overtime- adds a ton of SCPs from the SCP universe Masked Mobs- adds ghostface from scream as enemy to the game
@@OnMod It adds four eerie creatures that can spawn during an rainstorm or thunderstorm Skull spiders and Rosemary and Vapor and Valem. Yeah it is pretty cool
Maybe you can try his Cursed Walking modpack and remove some mods and shaders? My PC is not that powerful, but it could still run his pack with some of the mods and shaders removed.
