My next adventure will be our baby that will come at the end of March this year. And next year I try to make a hiking tour in Norway.... it's so damn beautiful🤗

I've been already two times in Sweden in, the first time in 2012 where I made a tour from Stockholm to Malmö and in 2018 where I did a tour from Göteborg to Stockholm, both were really nice.

Thanks, very glad yo hear you enjoy my videos! Cool that you run as well 😁 Often I just run out and see where I end up 😊, but Strava heatmaps is a good tool to see where it's popular to run.
So beautiful, this is what I train for as well! I want to get fit enough to have the sense of freedom that my body is not holding me back from going out and experiencing the glory of nature. It's slow goings when you get started as an old man with a deteriorated injury prone body to build up to anything beyond the tiniest of trails. My running goal for 2020 is to lay the foundation for 2021 to be my peak year so far, if I can get the fitness I had in 2019 without the injury that set me back a year it would be awesome! How do you plan a trip like this?
Cool Dag Ole, good luck with your training! Consistancy and slowly increasing the training is the key :D Planning trips like this I usually just search the web trying to find some cool mountains to run up :)
so i was just wondering when you do your runs i usualy see that you run with camera in your hands dont you think you coul be faster whitout filming and actualy be able to move your hands. for example the 5k run you did uphill in norway. No hate just wondering :D
Yeah your right and that's why I do 95% of my runs without any camera 😁. But I love making these videos trying to inspire others even though the camera is slowing me down a bit 😅
