    Hip mobility is one of my biggest issues, due to this I feel it also effects my lower back, great video as always, looking forward to trying it.

      My first hip mobility session is done, alot of work needed to get to a decent level, will at least do this twice a week as part of my mobility routine, thanks for sharing a great video. 06.30
