Brutal 4-step Haymaker Defense, Wtih Demo On Heavy Bag

This a fundamental technique out of the Silat - Kali - Panuntukan playbook. A close-quarters haymaker defense that ends a fight in about two seconds.
1. Enter with double elbows, one blocking and one smashing their face.
2. Underhook and grab the back of the neck.
3. Pivot to generate power as you deliver a knee strike.
4. Withdraw your underhook and deliver a palm strike to the jaw, catch the head and bring it back, elbow to the jaw.
An important point to this video is that any striking technique that you want to use in real life should be practiced on the heavy bag as well. You need that feeling of weight and resistance. And if you can't do it on the heavy bag without wraps and gloves, you can't do it in real life!
