Video dekh ke pata lagta hai ki aap kitna mehnat karte hai....1-1 equipment ke real picture and then drawing. Text for each important point. Dekhne me aasan lagta hai ....par banane me bahut samay aur mehnat lagta hoga....aur ye sab free me.... Aap badhai ke patra hai.... Curious about whether you are working or have you quit your job. Because with job it seems very difficult.

Tdbfp suction aur discharge pe jo ammonia fixing pump hi wo kaam kaise karta hi.
Uska discharge pr kareeb 60 bar hi to wo feed pump diska discharge 300 bar hi uspe dose kaise kar pata hi.
Me ammonia dozing pump ka discharge pr jayda sochta tha but aaj maine uska rating dekha to 60 bar likah tha
Feed dump ka suction pr kareeb 25 kg aur discharge 300kg to kaisa kaam karta hi.
Ammonia dozing suction aur discharge pe dono jagah pump ke mechanical seal cooling water jo jactek cooling ke lie jata hi uspe inject karta hi thoda explain kariye isko. Thanks ks in advance

Sorry but Mene find out kiya he manual se ki pilot piston k upper part me hole drilled hote he waha se control oil pass hoga up to impeller radial and tangential slots jo usko continuous rotation me rakhega. Kya aap hame wo 4 drilled hole image me dikha sakte he? Agar apke pass photoes available ho to
Pilot piston ke lower end pe ek hole drilled hota he jo overlap hota he drain point se jis se minute sec oil pass hoga after every revolution of pilot valve his se sec oil pressure minute drop hoga jis ke Karan pilot valve ka axial movement hoga agar apke pas photo available ho to please send me

Sir . Servo motor pe setting bolt and side me tin bolt hote haI. Secondary oil ke uper iska setting kese kare?
Just a correction. Secondary oil does not pass through the tangential holes. Main control oil passes thru these holes for pilot piston's rotation and its flow is controlled by an adjusting screw.

1.This type of assembly used for Siemens OR Triveni Turbine or any type.
2. Also secondary oil flowing continuesly or when load changes.
3. Control piston rotating continuesly or when load changing.

Sir mera turbine kaa throtal valve HP demand 50% load mee bhii 72% khul raha hai 80% load mee bhi 72% khul raha hai yeisaa problem keu horaha hai sir actuater kam nahi kar raha

Valve rotate krte rhega to easily oil se lift or down hoga, iska RPM approx 150rpm tk rhta h.
