With Rockstar announcing the trailer for this Tuesday, I'm personally beyond excited to finally play a new game in one of my favourite franchises again. Thanks for watching!

At this point with kids leaking this big game imagine they add children to the game and then those crazy gta players will probably cause a terror attack.

I keep thinking that as well. Its literally impossible to create a perfect game because it won't be perfect to a portion of their audience. Its literally impossible to please everyone, yet, everyone is expectating perfection. There will no doubt be gameplay mechanics left out due to hardware or time constraints. It won't be perfect at all. Things like facial animations might not be top notch. The storyline could have flaws in it. Rockstar isn't a god. They're not perfect. Nobody is. They know this, and they know how many people are expecting absolute perfection, so obviously it must be stressful.
It's gonna be wild once GTA 6 comes out and we can compare the leaked locations to the final product

@@ItzEx0diaI’m surprised there wasn’t a whole lot of rdr2 leaks (as far as I am aware!) and especially leaked gameplay footages. I know the map was leaked prior to the release but I always wondered what it looked like in early dev builds. Then again like you said, we are still amazed by rdr2.
I agree the endless engagement with the police needs to be more dynamic, they need advanced tactics and extra mechanics like hostage negotiation maybe or swat team stacks, not just cop after cop idiotically running into the player to no end.
Oh my god please let this be the case. Just something more advanced with all the AI we keep hearing about every day.

The crazy thing about gta is that as we have grown how we play and what we do in the game changes. As a kid wars with the police was to be chaotic but now it's just to see what stupid stuff I can do lol

Different games are out to do different things. You can pick your poison whilst respecting the other because you never know, as you get older and more mature you may prefer what you once shunned.
The economy will take a massive hit on GTA6 release date. Sick days and vacation times will hit record heights. This game is definitely going to break Records.

That point of being immersed and just, taking a car ride late at night in-game with rain in the background is some of the BEST ways to play some games.
I usually do this in Cyberpunk 2077. Just driving around the city with that in-game radio in the background. It's such a good, relaxing time. 😊
Especially loved to listen to podcasts or creepypastas when doing that

No matter how good GTA 6 may end up being, it DOESN'T EXCUSE Rockstar's behavior and treatment of their customers over the past decade or so.

It kinda does to a certain degree. Their singleplayer base games have always been more than worth the money - and many people will buy the game for that. As to what happens to online mode... well, we all know whats gonna happen..

They outright killed ALL the single player expansions for GTA 5 to turn them into dopamine casinos for their online mode shark card store. They have not been building the good will for single player experience. They practically spat on the face of all their older titles and fans of those titles. This video is prime example of what is wrong in modern gaming, a company can be as scummy as rockstar yet get all the praise when they drop a PNG with a cheap font date on it. Lets not forget they sent private investigators to modders home to tell them to stop making mods. I just watched the completionist video and think that was well constructed criticism on all those extreme shady funds statements. But then see a video like this where its a 180 and goes right back to excusing deplorable behavior because they feeding your hype dopamine.

Honestly I feel like there's so much more to do in san andreas with all the properties you can buy, the gang wars, the interior locations. Just feels like an actual world compared to V especially when there's nothing to do after you beat V.

What does it really have to do honestly? Look at a few movies, Play a few sports, peoplewatch, a cuscene of going to a bar that you dont actually get to really interact with, but what else?
The issue was that we got vehicle too fast in gta 5 so at start the map felt huge but with the faster cars and jets it finally looked so small
Rockstar is literally developing the most anticipated singleplayer videogame in human history, THEY CANNOT AFFORD to deliver a mediocre story mode experience just for the sake of the Online mode.
You know what I'd be interested to see?
A Grand Theft Auto game that takes place in the same region that any of the Red Dead games took place in some 200 years beforehand.
Mostly curious to see what the distant descendants of certain figures would have wound up doing if they survived as well as seeing what would have been built over the old locations.
Even if the game might not take place in Red Dead's territory I still have alot of certainty they are gonna definetly reference descendants to characters from red dead 2 in classic Rockstar Easter egg fashion

I totally agree with you, San Andreas felt like such a bigger map than 5. You can really tell how small 5 feels when you steal a plane at the airport and can basically only land at either the landing strip or back at the main airport. There just weren't any other cities with main airports to go to.
Generally 5 is quite boring. Just one very ugly looking town. Then that mini-town in the north with 4 streets and nothing you can do there. Then you have the little hobo trailervillage that you started on as trevor. And the rest is basically empty spaces with even less to do. GTA V is fun as a roleplaying game in multiplayer. Or when you are occupied with the story. But aside from that there is nothing to do but massacre people and listen to radio while driving the ever same streets with car
Las Venturas wouldve been neat with huge casinos you can go play in, many shows like those in gta IV and tons of random npc interactions

I'm starting to get to that age where I'm realizing how short life is, how when you mentioned a GTA game after 2 decades it takes to make each.... Man........ Some of us are gonna be in our 50s or 60s even 70s! When GTA 7 comes out. I bet I'll be at least 40 something when it comes out. (24 now) 😮 Pretty soon we'll all be dead and our kids will be talking about how they used to see us playing GTA 5 or 6 back in the day meanwhile they're playing GTA 10. 😂 Dammmmmmmit like I said life is too short, making me realize I need to be more grateful for certain things. You’ve probably seen a bunch of comments in the past few days saying something like “rip to the gamers who didn’t make it through his far” or whatever. I don’t know if that’s a reference to something specific, like some big youtuber said it, now everyone is just repeating the sentiment, but it really resonates with me.
My buddy showed me this cool top-down PlayStation game one day and he was too happy just being able to drive around and get in firefights with cops and stuff. It looked goofy until he answered my “that’s cool but what exactly are you doing?”.
He started explaining the motivation, the destinations and missions and problems the game was throwing his way. I was hooked. We played that at least once a day every time we hung out, no matter what else we would play. GTA always got screen time.
Anyway, now I’m the one kinda rambling so I’ll cut it off here. My buddy passed on in 2021 so he will be the person I think of when I first see the trailer, first time at the controller and every time I see someone repeating that “meme” (I guess you could call it that now).
We’ve played every single version of every single game (except for the, I think it was, Vice city for Amazon devices way back when). This one will mean the first time I’m running solo since this whole thing started, and it might be my last, who knows?! hahah

One of the best moments of gaming for me was to just get a truck in GTA SA and ride from Los Santos to San Fierro, at night. Just doing that with a good radio was a good time.

I had something similar but in Vice City, riding through the city on your chopper (motorcycle) while Tommy Versatti's hair was fluttering in the wind, while listening to the radio. But San Andreas really was something else, it hasn't been any game like it to be honest.
Yes, also a very good soundtrack in GTA SA compared to 4 and 5. Also lots of diversity in scenery. Farmland, woodland, rivers, mountains, desert, hills, bridges, boulevards. Also very different vibes in the different cities.
I usually am against leaking, but I am excited for any GTA 6 sneakpeeks we'll get.

Personally couldn't care less about the snippet we get, as long as it annoys the executives at rockstar and take 2 and costs them money I'm happy, but this leak ( if legit) won't hurt as the last one since the reveal is 1 day away, I feel sorry for those who worked hard on the game tho, seeing their hard work get leaked must be difficult

Also, theres a lot of debate on whether or not R* will do a good job this time, largely because the majority of the main writers for the gta series, and red dead series, are gone. The studio that made gta5 is largely a different studio entirely because its rotated a lot of its staff out. It would be like expecting obsidian to make a good new vegas 2. And theres also the rumors that were also voiced concerns from some of the dev teams in the last several years on the idea of the single player getting shafted for the online portion since R* wants to jump right into gto part 2. Not to mention the problems that the company as a whole has been suffering with in the last several years too, i mean we all saw how theyve treated red dead online, and gta with their big remakes and such, or how theyve even treated gto, especially with the 'we removed most of the cars and you should be happy'
I personally find it very difficult with each passing year to get hyped for 6. I hope its good. I really really do. But im definitely just sitting here waiting to see if its actually going to be, or if its just going to be another heavily monetized trashpile riddled with endless hackers and little care so long as you keep buying shark cards.

@@Overqualification its not been in development for 10 years. according to leakers(the ones who have been right so far) the game went into development around 2017/2018 with the first alpha build in 2019

GTA VI trailer just leaked, and now Rockstar has released the trailer.
I work for a sign company that did work for one of rockstar's headquarters. We installed several murals, door graphics, logos, etc. We had to sign an NDA each time we walked in to do our work. Art, sketches, working demos and lots of other stuff from this game and other future Rockstar properties were all over the place. With the NDA I cannot say much, but I can tell you this looks very familiar.

While I’ve always liked the more story focused Rockstar games I’ve always enjoyed just messing around in their immersive worlds. In Red Dead Redemption 2 it felt like they were really pushing the limit with their old gameplay formula while still making a very detailed and impressive looking world. I’m so excited that they seem to give GTA VI some proper gameplay. Once GTA VI comes out I feel like no game will ever come close to matching its scale and ambitions until Rockstar releases GTA VII.
I don’t think there will be a 7. I believe they will add the 6. Plus there’s no guarantee there isn’t world wars soon.
I mean, very very few games these days can even match GTA V in terms of detail, and interactivity. GTA 6 is going to blow the standards wide open... hopefully lol from the leaks, it seems so.

My most anticipated feature in the game is the radio station. Radio Mirror park was(and still is) my favorite station and I'm excited to see which station(s) I'll be enjoying while taking in the sights of the new locations!
If the map leak is real... it's exactly what I wanted. 3 big cities... that sounds just like the map from GTA SA. and this is my favorite of all the games!
That would be really mindblowing to see this with today's technology.
GTA V may have the largest map of all GTAs... but it still feels so small. Because there is only one big city with a huge surrounding area where there is nothing.
The maps structure of GTA SA is perfect, larger cities spread out with smaller villages and some surrounding areas in between.
I hope the information is real.

I seriously hope it's not. I want a proper Miami remake with more of the actual state to explore. Three cities is just gonna be three semi-mediocre areas to explore and the overall feel of the game is gonna be ruined because they have to split it up.
Rockstar is really fucking good at doing singular areas. I want a solid recreation of Miami and the surrounding area. I wanna be ripping it down the Seven Mile Bridge in a Testarossa.
@@Leon14000Rockstar has proven that they're indeed great at doing multiple areas when it comes to atmosphere, variety and even differing features per area.
Red Dead Redemption 1 and 2(especially 2), are great examples of that.
Now obviously I'm not expecting them to add 3 new cities in the new GTA game... At the very most they might have 2 (and even then that'd be surprising to me).
10:00 this a %1000. I wouldn't even be mad if all the development time was spent on improving A.I. and physics. The current state of the gaming industry severely lacks in those two departments and it's a smart move to make your game stand out since graphics (kinda) plateaued in the recent years. It's one of the things that will make the industry evolve from its current state.

My absolute biggest concern about GTA 6 is rockstar themselves. We all know the game is going to be great, But we also know how much rockstar wants to milk it's players in this new era of live-service games.

The leaks were like a car accident. I knew I shouldn't look, but I couldn't help myself.
Back in the day probably 2009 or so, youtube had a video that was titled as gta5 gameplay, and it was one of those Chevy astrovans (blue if I remember correctly) driving along the edge of a winding mountain. I remember thinking it was too good to be true, but I wish I could find it again because thinking back it definitely looked like some prealpha gta V.
As someone who grew up in California, GTA is pretty nostalgic to play, mostly for the scenery and partially for witnessing rampant crime.
my main concern rn is the story, without the creative team there that made the Rockstar vibe this game is gonna feel rlly different from a narrative perspective.
i have no expectations from rockstar anymore, when they release it i will let the reviews speak first if it is good then i will buy it at 50% discount (maybe even pirate it). if not i will forget about it. I am not giving rockstar a full price for this game because they have killed red dead online, gave no dlc for red dead redemption 2 and did nothing about modders in gta 5.
I just hope they stick to what makes GTA so fun and not restrict themselves based on what certain articles have said.

Honestly thought you were going to talk about Sony taking away people's access to the shows and movies they bought. But in retrospect its probably for the best. GTA 6 hype is way more welcome.
I live pretty much on Lake Okeechobee (the town named after the lake) so I really hope to see a R* version of it. They usually capture the spirit of their respective locations pretty well
At the minimum it should have similar AI interactivity like we saw in RDR2, which was awesome by itself
The way you talked about immersion is why I love GTA 4. I’ve lived in NYC all my life and I tell you in 2010 when I stole my moms card to buy this game; my life quite literally changed. It wasn’t my first experience with GTA as I had played VC and SA cracked on my home computer but seeing Liberty City bought a feeling of home I had not experienced in gaming since. It’s not a one to one copy of NYC like “Spider-man” or “The Division” but it captured the atmosphere of living in NYC so well that I have 1000s upon 1000s of hours into it. GTA 5 didn’t have that same magic to me because I’m not Cali bred but I was still able to sink hundreds of hours into it. This is why no matter what leaks come out, or the terrible things Rockstar has done throughout the years (RDR Online, RDR remaster, GTA Definitive Edition even though it wasn’t made by them, GTA +) i’ll never give up hope in them.

Going for a drive in GTA and call it relaxing is crazy 😭
I used to be the kid in GTA who would drive and follow the traffic, that would help me to understand throttle control also spacing when i learned to drive. One of the biggest reasons why I hated cyberpunk was because of the driving physics. I would go 30-40mph in cyberpunk and would stop as if i was driving 100+mph which was stupid. GTA was a good time.
I can relate I used to hate watching my older sister drive around like a NPC(GTA San Andreas) but when I got older(Playing GTA V) I understood why she did that lol

The game is running on an upgraded version of Rage 8 (red dead II's engine) With additional GPU feature support for RTX and some added upgrades. The game will most likely be very CPU demanding with similar requirements to Red Dead II just with some older hardware now being unsupported (GPU's that struggle with RDII like 2GB and 4GB cards with older feature sets) This game will look good, but just like GTA V and Red Dead II, it will scale very well. Anyone wanting to rush out for upgrades should just hold off until the game is developed and released. After that, people will be uploading performance videos from all 3 GPU manufacturers and we will have a better idea how the upgraded engine runs. I with you Muta, this is the only game I go hard in the paint for. Read dead II was what had me upgrade to my current system and prior to that when GTA V released I bought my first xbox 360 and then built a PC in order to play the upcoming PC release. I have owned the title on several different platforms and is the only game I have purchased 5 times in my life with zero hesitation. I play "gta survival mode" too. So fun. Thanks for the video. I was hoping I could get by with a ps4 for this but with the new engine this is for sure going to be ps5 series x only. I might get a series S
I hope gta6s physical copy has a map of the world like the old games did, and maybe even a booklet of shit to do in the world.
I really hope that they change the mission system to give it a more dynamic and open approach.
Red Dead was basically test for GTA 6's cloud system, and nature system/animals basically.
I'm completely with you mutah. one of my favourite things to do in GTA V was doing laps around the entire maps in each my cars and listening to the in game radios
GTA San Andreas was the best for myths and legends. I remember being like 10 and looking for bigfoot, ufos, leatherface only to find out they were mods :( 😂
San Andreas without a doubt have the best map design and layout out of all GTA. Just like what Muta said, I'd rather have them multiple city and ecosystem just like San Andreas rather than a bigger map with only one mega city like GTA V.
I’m beyond for me it’s jumping on your horse and trotting through the wilderness in red dead redemption 2. It’s incredible.
I'm more concerned about what and how they're going to monetize the game and what gameplay systems are going to be hindered for the sake of making money due to how successful shark cards became after they reduced the amount of money earned from missions.

I remember, when I was younger, spending the night at a friends house and doing an all-nighter playing GTA IV and seeing how long each of us could survive the police while just being in the hospital lobby. Things were simpler back then.
So much to wonder- like what will max wanted level be like? What music is going to be on the radio stations this game? How long will the story be? and so much more. Tons of unanswered questions make the anticipation much better.

Fortunately the leaks doesn't show much, it was enough for me to feel satisfied but yet not spoiled. What anyone should avoid is actual game-play from a finished build, so hopefully Rockstar will take leaks very seriously after their first trailer now, and take down things as fast as they can.

Its kind wild how advanced the rockstar AI already is. Their games are the only one in my memory where the NPCs react with uncanny realism. Pulling up in a nice car gets you compliments, revving at them at a stoplight might cause them to take off to race, flipping them off or getting in a fender bender might instigate a fight, they cower for a bit before running for their lives when you point a gun at them and sometimes random NPCs even pull out their guns to engage you. Truly groundbreaking.

Yeaaa it takes playing another free roam game like Cyberpunk or Watch Dogs to see how good the AI truly is. It’s not perfect but they really only need to react to you harassing them, harming them, or impressing them and they do just that.

Watch Dogs series has underrated NPC's. I'd say better than GTA if were being unbiased. The world is way more "alive".

Playing on pc as Venom was great back in the day.
I'm really most excited to see what sort of new gameplay mechanics that there will be, and things that make it more immersive. I think it's so dumb that I can't shoot a flare in to someones car in GTA V, that's something that should easily be able to be programmed in. We also need more buildings we can enter and do things in. I really hope the large scale of the map and AI improvements doesn't take away from more immersive and innovative gameplay
