OMC Cobra & Volvo Penta - Replacement Fuel Pump Won't Line Up - Part 1

This is a common problem for everyone needing to replace their fuel pump. On my last 5.8, I ended up just using flexible fuel lines. For others, they bend new metal fuel lines. I'm working on a solution for this, stay tuned for part two,

I had to get the correct one on eBay and it came from Greece, $221.00. Yes you can not just reclock the pump as many told me to do. Great video perfect issue coverage. 👍🏻

Amazon copper/nickel roll tubbing for transmissions then a flare tool use old fittings bend to fit easier than the steel line stuff. Just a thought that it might be a good alternative cost of line is like 60 buck for 25 foot roll I think. What do ya think ?
