Hey great demo. I think I’m going to do that 20/50 on my Xmaxx too! I don’t usually do any speed runs with it and would much prefer the torque gains instead. Not sure if will silicone plug the ctr. diff or not yet. I did that to Kraton 8s and found it really really helped to keep the power flowing to rear tires when frt end lifted up on quick throttle bursts. Before that silicone , the frt end would lift and most power flowed to frt tires instead of rears and was very annoying but now fun again. Cheers to all
Hey mate thanks , appreciate it I was running 18/50 but found i wasnt getting enough control.... 20/50 i found on this stock Xmaxx to be perfect for me ... i have another Xmaxx which ive beefed out with 18/35 mod 1.5 vitavon gearing and that is a total animal... silicone earplug really helped and makes it great fun 🤘🏻🔥
I got an Xmaxx for $500 with some upgrades already, max6 esc, aluminum steering bell crank, upgrades servo/servo horn aluminum, proline jeep rubicon body and a bag of extra parts! I put some earplugs on the center diff while watching this video, I couldn’t keep focus on the car because I was more interested in the video!!
@@kaosr.c appreciate it mate , I’m running 20/50 right now in loose sand just afraid to burn the motor or esc, you think I’ll be good? Also on peddal tires, also are you using the pin system for the motor?
@@alonzotorres6361 for my application and where i run mine its perfect ... cant really comment on paddle tires mate , never used them ... and yea i use the pin system .... works great for me

I run the surpass hobby rocket fans on both my Xmaxx's... no heating issues at all
