I found great enjoyment in you showing a 12 pound bag of king arthur (which I also have), just to use a cup and a half... I do have the alkaline versions of the cocoa powder, but something like this wouldn't effect the acidity to me... As you have shown since you won't share with the neighbors... Once again, you say not to eat the batter, but I still will... You can't stop me...
