I'm grateful to be coming home! Funny thing, when you start the process to transition from the US to Africa it does not feel real but when you start to sell big things like cars, home and major furniture then things start to feel really real and I'm nervous and excited at the same time.

I've Learnt alot from expats as a local South African especially on this channel , I feel like most of us haven't appreciated our own country as much as we should've. We've had this ideology that western nations are better than us and our quality of life, until you travel abroad you realise the small things that Africa does better. Yes we still got a long way to go when it comes to equality and governing but I love my home South Africa, because so many forienlgner ls tend to show more appreciation towards our nation then we do.
Blame our negative media for that... All we ever hear is bad/horrible news. Why do you think black Americans are still hesitant about Africa...

The US and SA have 2 days ago launched direct flights from New York to Johannesburg vice versa. So that’s great news for TRSA ✈️

Not to sound like a broken record but I can't understand why a black American wouldn't move to South Africa considering the quality of life that we can live in South Africa
They don't know. AAs are very sheltered and unaware of Africa or, especially the "real South Africa" hence the effort by the Blantons.
People get fed all kinds of false information about Africa, it's shocking how many think we all live in huts and ride elephants in the bush.
Just saw one telling us off on Twitter saying we share nothing in common, food clothes, music etc. The African title apparently ended 5years ago and we can't force you to claim it she says. As of that's what we're doing 🤦

its staged. real estates ppl 'stage' a house so that buyers can get a home feel. its a selling strategy basically..
Some houses are sold with furniture.My cousin just purchased a fully furnished house.
Some they do but most don't.

This house was on Top Billing I am very surprised that the owner is selling it or renting it out already at the time she seemed very happy with the property and how it was custom built just for her and her family. I wonder what happend to her hope it's a good ending for them and not a financial bad one. I see they still have the art work of her and her son's on the wall
