It Is Well with My Soul - Arr. James C. Kasen

While I was in England, one of my fellow organists on the tour played this beautiful arrangement of It Is Well with My Soul by Kasen. It was inspiring so I decided to adapt the registration to the French style I had heard so much in the week previous. The result is a love letter to the sounds and experiences I had over the course of the trip. I hope you enjoy it.
Although this hymn tune was composed in 1873 by Philip Paul Bliss and has been included in hymnals of other Christian denominations for over 150 years, it is just now being added to the new latter-day saint Hymns-for Home and Church under the temporary number 1003.
