It doesn’t cook like a cast iron but I love using it as it maintains a steady temperature, is pretty non-stick, and holds a ton of food! It’s definitely my go-to when cooking a large amount, at once. My husband prefers chicken thighs as well and I’m sure they would be excellent cooked this way. 🤗
