One small correction -- it's megaBITS per second not megaBYTES. The abbreviation Mbps with a small "b" is bits. Internet speed is generally measured in megabits per second. That being said, 150 Mbps down and 20Mbps up is actually very solid for a Caribbean island -- more than enough to stream a movie, play a video game online, and surf the internet on your phone at the same time. Drastic improvement over most DR service especially with unlimited data at that price.
Starlink is way too expensive unless you have no other options. Its satellite so there are latency issues. Fiber is the way to go... nothing beats fiber.
