A former journalist, New Delhi-based Anuj Dhar is well-known for his research and activism relating to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, especially the issue of his death. Through his efforts and talks, Dhar has revived memories of Subhas Bose among millions around the world.
Dhar's 2012 bestselling book "India's biggest Cover-up" triggered the movement for declassification of the Subhas Bose files and inspired Alt Balaji's hit web series "Bose: Dead/Alive". In 2018, Dhar wrote "Your Prime Minister is Dead", which is first-ever comprehensive study of the enduring Lal Bahadur Shastri death mystery. Both the books have different editions, including in Hindi. Dhar provided inputs for Vivek Agnihotri's film "The Tashkent Files" before writing his book.
Dhar's latest offering is "Conundrum: Subhas Bose's life after death" (2019), which he has co-authored with Chandrachur Ghose. Given the subject matter of the book, it became a talking point much before its release. In fact, it is set to be turned into a major movie by national award winning filmmaker Srijit Mukherjee, with a top of the line star-cast led by Bengali superstar Prosenjit Chatterjee.
Chandrachur Ghose is a writer on economics, environment, history and politics. He has had a multi-disciplinary career spanning over two decades, having worked with one of the most well-known environmental organisations in India, an academic institute of global excellence and an economic research firm that is a trusted brand among Indian businesses. Ghose has worked on issues as varied as air pollution, food safety, agriculture, renewable energy, mining, infrastructure development, employment, consumption expenditure, and the development trajectories of India's states.
Ghose, along with Anuj Dhar and other friends formed the pressure group Mission Netaji in 2005 to generate public awareness over the official secrecy on matters related to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. Since then he has been instrumental in bringing thousands of Netaji-related classified documents into the public domain.
Ghose completed his BSc in Botany from Visva Bharati (Santiniketan) and MSc in Science and Technology for Sustainability from SPRU, University of Sussex. Having co-authored "Conundrum", Ghose is currently working on a biography of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose.

The name of the book should have been CONUNDRUM : NETAJI'S LIFE AFTER HIS DISAPPEARANCE since there was no such so-called plane crash in 1945.Netaji didn't come out actually for the Treaty signed by Govt of India & some other major powers on action to be taken against the War Criminals.Netaji apprehended that if he had come out in India, Govt of India would have arrested him & hand over to British Government/US Government for punishment (Source : Mr. Keshab Bhattacharjee, an advocate & researcher on Netaji)

Can you give more information of how we can reach the right person, a copy of draft of a letter to be sent to the PM and president and whoever it is, that will make a difference. Being a bengali we have heard about netaji as a child in discussions among my dad and his friends, it was known he was alive.

Why Bose 's own family is against the movie and book and why none of them came forward to investigate the evidence except one lady member(Rakshiti),sometimes I feel his own family is the biggest traitor
That's because after bose's death (falsey 1947) people from his family mingled with the gandhi family and built thier political career using bose's name. Now if the family speaks the truth, thier relationship with Congress will prove them to be traitors and end thier political career.
Until and unless his contributions are taught in our history books most of present generation kids won't be aware of this legend.

There was nothing like came back. He was free man to go anywhere during HIS USSR staying. He freely did roam with caution from Russia to China & vice versa multiple times from 1945-1950.
He was never in the prison. He was a free person. May be little bit of restrictions in initial period due to the security of both him & those countries.
During early 1950, when Stalin died in Russia & Neheru already started his gripping strongly in India. He left Russia forever. He entered India during early 1950. Through China ---) Nepal --) Himalayan border---) Mansarober---) U.P(India).
Actual time nobody knows. May be 1951/1952/1953. 1st staying place in India, nobody knows. He first came under noticed at 1952/53 at Mayankpuri at U.P

Sir ,I have only two queries: 1. Why did those who use to meet Bhagwanji twice every year on 23 Jan and during durgapuja not turn up after He died to pay homage when they were informed of his death? 2. Is DNA test possible with the mortal remains of Bhagwanji to get the evidence?
(1) because, on August, 1985 bhagwanji wrote them letters individually that if they will find any bad news from U.P , they should not & must not visit there . It was a strict order.
2 months later on 16th September when bhagwanji actually died , they skipped the visit as previous order got from HIM.
(2 Samples for DNA test still exist there:-- yes and no, both.
(A) 7 broken teeth
(B) salivary epithelial cells on pipe
(C) Hair and skin epithelial cells of bhagwanji from HIS own so many items he touched.
(D) HIS Fingerprint
It's very difficult to identify all those after so many years with so much contamination by other people. But again science has advanced so much. It can easily extract dinosaur,s Fossil after passing of millions of years. Identification of contaminated fingerprint also not difficult.

I think in that sense chacha is apt title for Nehru ji. Rajgaddi ke liye badey bhai ko bhi hata dete hai. Ye hi ChaCha wale gunn hai na!!.
