Since 1990, the Neiva RP-205 portable radio receiver has been produced by the Kamensk-Ural Instrument-Making Plant. ''Neiva RP-205'' is a five-band LW, MW and HF (3 sub-bands) portable radio receiver, which is a copy of the ''Neiva-305'' receiver. In the radio receiver "Neiva RP-205" in the ranges of LW, MW, reception is made on a magnetic antenna, and in HF on a built-in telescopic one. In the IF path, there could be loop filters or a piezoceramic filter, depending on this, the sensitivity in the LW range was 1 mV / m, MW 0.8 mV / m, in the HF subranges 250 μV. With a piezo filter, the sensitivity was lower and amounted to 2.5 mV/m in the LW range, 1.5 mV/m in the SW range, and 450 µV in the HF subranges. The selectivity was 20 dB and 30 dB, respectively. The rated output power is 100mW and the maximum is 200mW. The power supply of the receiver is universal, from four AA cells or from a 6F22 battery, which was not welcomed, or from an external 6-volt power supply. The initial price of the radio was 61 rubles 80 kopecks, then in 1991 it was increased to 86 rubles 80 kopecks, this was due to the inflationary processes beginning in the post-USSR Russian Federation. In 1992, the release of the Neiva RP-205 radio receiver was discontinued.
