When you position your foot like this, you can generate much more power in your switch kick. This allows for a full rotation of the foot during the kick, resulting in increased momentum in the strike. I’ve learnt so much from his style
Doesnt this stance make it difficult to do lead teeps though? you have to drop the rear heel then turn it to face 90 degrees, shift weight backwards, then throw the teep. A bit more telegraphic?
