Hopefully Caleb can have a great career in Chicago
I hope so lord knows we been waitin 4eva 4 a franchise QB
I remember Caleb as a freshman at OU (Boomer!), and being astounded at his talent. He has just about everything you’d want from a top tier QB, and hopefully he gets good coaching to minimize his negatives. I really think he’s going to do great things in the NFL.
Is one of his weaknesses leading a receiver open? Like throwing to a spot? I believe that's what some of the scouts said. Maybe because of his accuracy he rarely had to. Also that he needs to use the middle of the field more.
Excited to see what he can do, if he’s good he’ll forever be a legend in Chicago. We WANT to build a statue of you Caleb. Welcome to the most loyal fan base in the NFL, BEAR DOWN
Its mind blowing to think that just a year ago the Bears had the first pick and they traded it to a team that would give them the first pick the following year. Thats lottery stuff.
Watching college football for the last 20 years I've never seen a quarterback this talented
You never watched burrow? Come on
@@richmargin6082 who were burrow's wrs again? who did caleb have in 2023? i wonder if daniels is freaking out since he won't have nabers and btj... not saying burrow's not good (he's great), but let's not act like the bengals haven't given him enough talent to succeed since his 2nd year.
@@richmargin6082 Burrow wasn't even close to this talented. His superpower is his ability read the field and make the throw. I'm not saying Caleb will be a better NFL QB than Burrow but if we're just talking talent? It's not even close.
He’s a pocket passer. He’s got elite decision making. He can thread as well.
idk if he is a pocket passer, he can definitely scramble if needed and extend plays. he is just a playmaker fs
@@ricardorivera7549there’s tons of highlights of him playing well in a structured pocket. They’re just mostly showing the playmaking ability. Swift sports network has a video of him doing great plays in the pocket
@@ricardorivera7549look it up. There is a video of 30 min or so of him with his pocket presence. Not gonna lie…. I was impressed as I thought he was more of a scrambler…. He also reads the field well and actually sees more than one receiver.
Excellent job, field🔥
Thanks, this was kind of refreshing and different than all the regurgitated “news” we’ve been getting force fed daily.
Mr. Hollywood in Chicago. This should be good. I think he can handle it.
Jordan addison and caleb williams gonna play against each other twice every year. Its gonna be wild!
Addison 2nd contract gonna be with the Bears. Vikes won't be able to afford him because of Jefferson.
BEAR DOWN!!!! Welcome to Chicago Caleb!
Fans who didn't know Caleb before this draft are brainwashed by social media comments into not liking him and hoping he's a bust. No you didn't know him before this year's draft you just read something that gave you reason not to like him. Then other fans were searching for another "answer" and they stumbled upon JJ McCarthy
wish we knew what down the clips were and what the score was.
Justin Fields fans in shambles 😅
oh well. glad they’re gone from the chats
@@GoatedAtNFS they’re still here. they”be all reverted to a “Caleb gonna be a Bust” cult
I'm a Justin Fields fan and I feel just fine. Fanboy
Because Yates showed the same Nevada highlights lol people who supported the qb the was actually on the bears where the crazy ones… right lol.
@@colinjewston4790 ok Nevada Cal Oregon Texas TCU Texas Tech Arizona Washington Oregon (again) there’s so many games he’s played where he has absolutely cooked people and you don’t have to choose multiple highlights to break down Caleb Williams
I believe in his talent just hope it translates to the nfl them boys coming at you A LOT faster
Bear down baby!!!!!
Can’t wait! Go Bears! 🐻 ⬇️
The same old Nevada tape lol
Literally every single game tape he has shows plays that would be the best throw of 99% of players careers.
🐻⬇️
He looked faster at oklahoma
How many times have we heard this about QBs? The one unpredictable is can a QB take ridicule from the fans. Can he handle being booed in his own stadium by his own fans. If playing QB in the pros was ONLY about physical capabilities, each team would have the SAME QB for 15 years. Playing QB in the NFL is ALOT more about what is between the ears.
Caleb has been dealing with more criticism than any qb that’s come out of college. If he’s made it this far, I have no doubt he’ll be fine in the pros.
@@foxhoundandthehound7527 he's not even leading his teams to wins despite the ridicule. CJ Stroud, Bryce Young, Cam Newton all had the same type of ridicule and actually led their teams places in college. Literally the only good QB I can think of who didn't really win in college was Mahomes.
@@AllDay3004 agreed; he definitely should have been able to stop a 3-man rush from running all over his front 5. i mean, qbs who have a horrendous o-line should be able to pass for 600 yards and 10 tds with round 2-5 wr talent, am i right? and he also should have played defense, since that would've prevented sc from allowing almost 35 points a game. yeah, should have also kicked field goals to lead special teams too. boo caleb!
@@foxhoundandthehound7527 the crazy thing is, so much of it was made up bs and so many people blindly accepted it.
@@entertained... He had one the longest pocket times in college football lol His teams defense was on par with almost every other PAC 12 school except Washington and Oregon. I get you like him but look at the flaws. They're the same as Fields. And I don't wanna hear that nonsense about him not having receiving talent.
Windy City Williams 🐻⬇️
I like that one !!
That name is taken. It's Devin Hester's nickname.
I like it 🤘🏽
Chill Will!
The jury is out on the young fellow...
🐻 ⬇️
Whoever gets him is lucky he is a good qb for the future
😂😂😂😂 so you didn’t watch him at USC.
Bears!!!
@@knockout9446 USC is where he won the Heisman for best player in the country.
Hi
DA BEARS!!!!!
Please don't overhype this guy. They hyped Josh Rosen, Teddy Bridgewater, Mitch Trubisky, Carson Wentz, Jameis Winston. Caleb has potential but there's always a chance that he doesn't meet expectations. The one thing going for him is that he put up impressive numbers with a mediocre receiving core. And his O-line and defense did not help him. I wish him the best, but heed with caution before hyping someone as the next big thing.
None of those guys are comparable to Caleb Williams, but yes there’s never a forsure when drafting a player
Sure, but hype is hype, (and fun-tasy!) yet tape don't lie while Marino, Elway, Manning, Luck even Vick, etc. were hyped too! LOTTERY is a roll of dice anyway for a bust or a HOF bust!
tape don’t lie
None of those guys were “hyped”. No team offered 3 first round picks for either of them, no were any of them besides Winston the 1st overall pick, which completely removes any “generational talent, over hyped” label.
Peyton, Elway, Luck, Burrow, etc. That’s “hype”.
They hyped Josh Rosen? Please provide a link.
CW gonna be the final straw for Poles.
Justin is not doing this
🐻⬇ MFs
Chose a play where he lost to ND? Aren’t there any other examples of the same thing not in the game he and his team had their souls ripped out?
Really?
Yea literally every single game of his career.
If he got phucked well by notre dame D,he's gonna get killed in the pros...Irish exposed him greatly 😅
#BearDown
The bears better hope this works
6'2? Says who?? Lmao
Living in Nevada, I can't stand the way you say Nevada. Fingernails on the chalkboard.
ALL THAT MEANS NOTHING W/O A OLINE!
old take. Last year Fields had time he just didn't see the field... Bagent proved on time in rhythm was possible with the current OL
@@theshaman7381 It’s not an old take if the Oline wasn’t addressed! After Bagent’s 2nd game he looked worse than Fields, stop it!
The Bears OL is young and ascending, they're at worst middle of the pack in the NFL. Their weakest link was center and it was upgraded. Rookie RT, 2nd year LT, both will get significantly better, young tackles grow a ton in their first few years in the league.
Sooo not highlight his negatives
He's not running from NFL lineman
What are you stupid…
CW is finally the Bears’ QB SAVIOR…
welcome to da bears
Bears will def need to build around him if they want to see any true success
Peep what they did this offseason kinda alr set him up
Do u even pay attention to football ?😂
So field Yates went from a fantasy nerd to a draft analyst? Lol.
Caleb is gonna be a beast but field can go back to his fantasy podcast
First
👑King Caleb Williams. Bear Down and Kiss The King's Ring. #SuperbowlBound
He kinda looks like the QB they traded away. Good luck to him tho.
I hope not considering Justin was bad.
Fields has sloth like decision skills.
@@RonnieDellarsina 😂
Caleb is a bust. Only 48 snaps under center in college. These experts aint "experts."
Sounds like prospect fatigue to me.
Rated #1 nation wide by multiple sources and scouts.....
We will see-
ok lil bro
Basically no one takes snaps under center in college.
That take is EXACTLY why you are sitting wherever you are and Field is on TV giving his analysis. There was this guy out of Texas Tech that took ZERO snaps under center in college. I wish I could remember who that was, oh wait, he's only a three time super bowl champion and still just entering his prime. 🙄
He will be a bust.
He is so ready to lose in Chicago. No leadership skills leads me to believe he will be a true bust.
No not the top pick. Maybe 8or9. Plenty of better players then him. MAKE AMERICA TRUMPLESS AGAIN FRANKLIN 🤘🃏🇺🇸🎸💅💄🍗👁️
