      Patrick you aren’t gonna get to 210 (minus if you are naturally big or fluffy) unless you move decent weight as a natural. Compound lifts and accessories 👍🏻

    How do you get your lifts so high while not bulking? I look as big or bigger than you if anything, and I'm 142, but you can lift more, especially on legs. Do you do only low reps or what?
    By the way, great job. Those lifts are very impressive, especially at that weight.

    I guess powerlifting isn’t as serious there as it is in Texas that bench record in a Texas meet in that weight class is still impressive but once getting to like at least regionals low 200s are very common much less even close to a state record

    how to actually sumo deadlift excluding the last guy, not sure that you should sumo and only be able to do 455 at a body weight of 175, I'm only 135 and can do 485, if he did sumo correct I'm sure he could pull 525 assuming his grip doesn't fail, but that first 132 guy, mad respect for getting 235 at that bw

      Squats and bench press were never my field but I deadlifted 250lbs. I'm in college now and right now, I'm in a exercise science class. I wanna increase my deadlift by at least 15lbs. 425 would be amazing but I'm not strong enough for all that lol
      Raw too. I refused to wear belts. They were allowed but I feel like deadlifting is called deadlift for a reason

    I don't qualify sumo deadlift as a proper deadlift form, you lose 40% of path lifting up the barbell, he wouldn't do 50% of that weight off with a proper deadlift form.
