I tried to find this information in the paper, it it wasn't provided. No sure if the paper provides conclusive support for one med over another without dosing.

Hello...Very First time starting generic Clomid this month (Dec 2021) on day 5-9 of my menstrual cycle ~ Dec 15th To Dec 19th. Went for Transvaginal u/s on Day 13 of my cycle ~ On Dec 23rd, which showed 18mm follicle on left side and 8mm follicle on right side. What days should I expect to ovulate??? How often should I be having intercourse (daily or every other day)??? Why Progesterone bloodwork being tested on day 26th of cycle (I thought it should be on day 19 -21)??? Is an Ovulation Predictor Test accurate in picking up LH Surge while on Clomid? Thanks in advance!!

Clomid is not used for egg building Don't just assume... do HSG to be sure your tubes are OK.. HSG has also shown to open fallopian tubes with some degree of blockage Good luck!

And i am trying for another but am back to square 1 with finding it hard to get pregnant naturally.. this makes me question about my egg quality because they died during embryo culture could this be the reason or another factor?
I have been to several different specialist fertility doctors and even had surgery on my tubes and I still havent had any answers why I keep miscarrying I've had 13 in the past and even went through the clomid route but it didn't work my doctors dont know why its happening I usually miscarry around 6 to 8 weeks I've been test and all my blood work came back normal the only thing they found was a none working tube and tissue around my cervix which they removed and I still continue to miss carry I couldn't even get them to take me serious until this last year they just keep telling me it happens I need answers to make my decision

Ovulation is not the only aspect to consider when trying to conceive....
A thorough evaluation of other aspect is necessary!

So sorry for your losses.. I have heard this happened in people with low progesterone or a genetic defect.. I think it’s the MHR gene?
