This is located in a luxury neighborhood and I also follow some folks in TN Nashville its not cheap around there either

It’s in Loomis, so a safer area with better schools locally and then it’s more of a country/small town vibe. Then most homes there tend to have acreage and you’re away from the suburbs/city life but not too far from amenities either
