Outdoor kitchens are a must have in every house.
I thought it would be nice if there is a toilet for visitors on the ground floor so they won't go up to the bedroom.

u can remove the laundry area and convert it to a bathroom...
I’m with you. I hate all restaurants in the Netherlands have their toilets one level up or one down. Include cinemas and other public spaces too.

I really love this lay out.. cozy, just a toilet room is must first floor! I would have wrap the terrace (balcony) a little further by the windows on 2nd floor by the living room... in fact extend the balcony for a car port underneath,... then it's perfect!
Can I just say thank you for putting a full bath upstairs in the sleeping area?! Many people don't want to be navigating those stairs in the middle of the night if they have to use the bathroom.
… we senior citizen in particular. 😊
Wow this is tiny! but packs in alll you would need to live life and it's done elegantly.
I had a house recently, 2 up 2 down in UK. So that means 2 rooms upstairs and 2 rooms downstairs.
I don't like the noise of a washing machine in the kitchen plus the space it takes up.
So I got my kitchen fitter to make a Unit outside where the sink unit was inside ( plumbing electrics) and we installed a washing machine plus tumble dryer there.
I was able to use the top to put the laundry basket on and we made enough room inside to put in another basket where the pegs, detergent was stored.
Even in Winter i was pleased to see how well this worked out.

A very cute and cozy place to live in Rassel!! 🥳 Your signature colours and style are fully present at all times throughout all your designs, so I believe it would be extra for me to mention them again, therefore I will refer to what caught my eye in this particular art piece!
The pentagon shaped light bars on the ceiling is a super modern touch, I loved the black frame to the windows too, chic and modern...When upstairs, i am not so sure of what i have seen in the bathroom Rassel hahahaha😂😂, the mirror... is it made with the tiles or the lines we see in the mirror are nothing other than the reflection of the tiles opposite to the mirror???!!! It made me giggle, because i love the design of the mirror whilst it seemed to be like painted to the tiles!! 😂😂
The floating stairs make the little space look bigger and cleaner too, with the balcony being such a beautiful addition linked to the room, which i noticed has dividing curtains for privacy and i believe also as blackouts too.
The exterior is clean, tidy, very pleasantly inviting. I liked how you have placed the washing machine and more storage (i guess linked to laundry), outside.... I believe this would work perfectly in warm countries, because I cannot see anything like that not getting destroyed by weather like rain, wind and snow to name a few !!

Yes Hannah..enclose the laundry area with the patio floor! ..and place a toilet and small hand basin next to the washing machine with extra cupboards on the wall.

Another amazing design. I love the the stairs of this house. This design has all the elements of large spacious house but on a smaller scale. ❤️🤗
I would’ve liked/given the kitchen an L shape counter and had the stove and oven built in; the L shape counter giving another view out from the second window.
The natural light is fantastic and the cute little deck is a nice touch, however, I would’ve had the deck in front instead of to the side. Ooh I don’t like the washing utilities outside, personal preference is for it to be inside.
Could the plans be changed to purchasers preferences?

Will dust from the stairs fall on your TV, and the table, and right into your coffee? What is the reason for the curtains in the loft upstairs if there is nobody sleeps on the main level?😅 Are they soundproof?

this is good for huge properties where big windows are possible on all sides. What if you have a narrow property with existing structures on both longer sides and that windows can be placed only in front. How would you design this loft-type tiny house?
Yes, if that's the case, then we'll remove the windows on the sides due to the firewalls to be built.

When you say 3x6 is 18 sqr meters the whole house area?
Nope. It's 27sqm including the loft. Ground floor is 18sqm and loft is half of it which is 9sqm.
