Is there ever seen a Solid copper quarter I have one
I found a 2018 voyageurs quarter with die break on the reverse I couldn't find online. It has chip on the loon and cliff, which is common. But the tree tops have lines coming off it that kinda make it look like flames from the trees. Have you ever heard of this or know any info?

I have seen die breaks on the birds head area, or what looks like an extra tree. But not that, your best bet is to Google it and look thru pictures.

I found 6 1982 D Small Date 2.5 Grams MS condition 2 of them with errors and Toner, and a Couple of 1983 2.5 Grams as well same planchet what you think they worth??

The 1983 is zinc and weighs around 2.5 grams. Now if it was a 1983 copper weighing around 3.0 grams you'd have a rare find.
The 1982's are both copper and zink for that year. I found a bunch of large date 1982 but only 5 of the small date 1982, were the 2 is the small date.
1982 is supposed to be 3.1 are more still made of 90% copper and 5%zink in 1983 that change to mostly sink witch 2 point .5 an😂d wait

When speaking about the 1965 quarter dollar that struck on silver planchet you said to weigh it to make sure ? Now does that mean it has a sandwich rim edge ? Other wise wouldn't it be an all silver rim edge and be very easy to identify with out scrambling around for your scale ? Are there non sandwich rim edge quarters out there of any year that are not silver ?
The 1977D 25c, the label on the slab is incorrect. It should say missing clad layer. Nickels are an alloy which is annealed.

Yeah I know this is about quarters but I have some silver dollar from 1979 that have dod ment marks d over d and over s can you tell me any thing about that. Plus the big coine that I have is a 1899 Barber dime on one side and a V nickel on the other side I know there is a dime and Penny coin have you ever see are heard of that Plus it looks like it was made at same time as during bearing break.shape like a tent on the reverse side

Question: how does one evaluate the US 50 cent bi centennials. ( 1776-1976 ) I see some for 5.00 other for 500.00. I pulled quite a few out of a roll hunt...please let me know, Thankyou
After that if you find variety (designation) you can Google it, let's say you have 1976 D FS 101 DDO, that's what you have to identify with microscope and then google the variety that you have. Keep in mind that it's rare to have vatiety and most of the coins are normal

Weigh it; unless it is abnormal (should be ~3,1g) it isn't anything special.
