I don't know why he says that 1964 no mint mark pennies are rare because I am still finding loads of them that I have been saving through out the decades in a jar full of pennies from 1959 thru 1970. And some of them are clearly RED and some brown. NO mint marks. I am going through them currently as I am writing this. Full large Jam Jar. Full of them.

As he was talking about the 1963 no mint mark, I pulled one out at the same time that was sparkling RED Specimen. It had most of its steps in view. Clear date no mint mark.
I felt the VDB penny in very good condition and all I got was $12.00
I do not believe that a 1964 no mint mark is worth 1.4 million I have a whole roll uncirculated mint condition not one scratch I will sell them to you or let’s sell them and I give you half.

If you look at PCGS, NGC and other respected professional grading sites, you will see that even the most pristine Professionally graded examples of these coins have never sold for more than a few thousand at actual auction sales. The beat up circulated examples might get you 3 cents (20 years down the road).
