- Why do we forget? This video explores an explanation of forgetting called retrieval failure. Retrieval failure is part of the memory topic on the AQA psychology A-level specification.
Retrieval failure includes context dependent forgetting and state dependent forgetting. In this video we explore each type including examples and research for both.
