My Dad is a qualified welder. I tried to weld for the first time last summer, and I was impressed with the skill level required. Great skill to have however.
Whatever do you get into Walmart in Oregon that's where I screwed up so I didn't know nothing about it if my instructor did or not thank you're

@@michaeljacobus7006 really great. Learned a lot! Still welding.
Thanks for such instruction and explanation of welding !
Perfectly explained, thank you.
Thank you for your videos. This is another excellent way to step-by-step explanations that can often be too technical to be able to remember. Either way whatever this is very nice thank you.
Thanks , I'm studying API RP 577 and this just helped me undersand the concept in a very ilustrative way
Just learn how welding, and i found your channel it's so helpfull. Thankyou so much
Amazing! The video is easy to understand. Thank you, Sir!
Well explained. One addition: The flux coating is made of Calcium Carbonate and Sodium.
And cellulose
It’s very detail explanation. Need more video.. great ..
Cool little channel you have here. Your videos have helped me study for my upcoming college exam. We'll see how it goes! :) Thank you!
Wow ! Great video for someone like me wanting to learn about welding.

Besides learning about this kind of
Welding I’m digging that outro song haha
beautiful
beautiful
i am happy to see this video.

Thanks man you really helped me with my engineering project
Wow! Cool graphics, great explanation!
I am impressed and would like more videos for other techniques.
SUPER helpful! Thank you
incredible video. so well explained!
I want to start learning this. Seems so cool and interesting for your own fixings at home 😁

Very well explained 👌
Thank you for understandable explaination
Absolutely amazing and brilliant set of videos you have produced here. Well done!
Thanks, Jack!
Jack Davies ohyg
Things to remember when I start stick welding with my new everlast welder this summer.
Great work out there folks...would be delighted if could extend the video a bit by including pros and cons of smaw..appications as such....selection of electrodes..and key features too with a sminch of animation...humble feedback.
best explanation ever
Great video sir!
We need this man to 1M asap please
Very good teaching
Thank you so much
Nice for shearing 👍
Great job.
wow very informative sir thanks for the video
Very informative. Thank you I learned a lot. Can you make video regarding acetylene and torque. Very appreciated.
hey why arent you producing new videos? your videos are so useful and lot to learn from them.
Thanks for help me thank you so much
which type of welding is the best in terms of longetivity for welding a 2mm thick Hot Rolled sheet and 5mm thick angle section. the HR sheet is to be welded to a 4' x2' frame made of 40mm x 40mm x 5mm angle section and this sheet - angle section welded board "ll 've to bear a load of around 500kg during rcc casting.
Useful information.👍👍👍👍👍
Nice touch
Hope you can add more videos about welding...
Hi there greetings, is it possible to convert arc welder into MIG welding using separate wire feeder and connect MIG welding torch to arc welding machine ! thank you
I remember sitting in career day in junior high with everybody researching career choices. A welder was one of the highest paying careers, but nobody wanted to look into that, we all wanted to be lawyers and doctors. But man, welder really was one of the highest paying, and this was back in 1988. Looking back, I probably should have done that instead of all the other dead end things I've tried and failed at.
What program do you use In creating the animation
Really love your videos! Could you do one on the spherometer?
ارجوا من حضراتكم ترجمة هذا الفيديو لأنه مفيد جداً
Can you make video on brazing and soledering process.... Plz
Sir, how much do I want to increase the carbon content of the E7018 and E6013 electrodes?

Cool voice, cool music, cool video👍👍👍
Sweeeet. im into welding class this year and hear 6013s are for very basic beginners rods.
Very sensitive work
I'm newbie.
How did u weld a thin metal like 0.2mm without a hole?
And how to weld overhead joint?
Only bad thing is the stick rods are so expensive. But welding is fun to learn I do TIG at work
Sir you are really amazing 🔥🔥🙏🙏
But why the heat only happens on the welding point ?since the electric pass thought whole circuit from negative to positive?
I love your video
Hey ..!!
Hi
I must say your videos are realy very helpful and clear
Thanks for dat
Actually i have a request to make if possible for you.
Please make a discriptive videos of different electrode/filler rod codes used for different materials in welding world
Hello bro
It is also the cheapest way of welding and always available, with other forms of welding you not only need filler wire but gas. If you do not weld often stick welding once mastered to me is the best. Yes, tig welding is the bees knees but is more complex, more to go wrong and more expensive.
Thank you, Tony. I'm 56 and looking into buying a welder of some sort. The last time I did any welding was in the 7th grade in shop class using a stick welder. I'm just now trying to educate myself on what type of welder I ought to buy. Your comment is very helpful and is the kind of info I need at this stage. Thank you!
What the main stick out and stick in ?
Very nise info. Tnx.
Bro why don't you make videos now. You are just amazing.
Superb 👍 Trusted
Thank you!
Why doesnt braker pop if you make short circuit??
Just excellent
Please also upload thermit welding.
Good
Sir waiting for your new videos
Are you ok sir?
Amazing.
does polarity effect the welding at all? Or do you select the polarity based on the electrode you have in hand? If you select the polarity only based on the electrode you have in hand, why they don't just produce one type of polarity electrode and eradicate DCEP DCEN selection on the machine? Thanks for your answer beforehand!
It's a matter of functionality indeed. If you don't adjust these settings for certain alloys/thicknesses, it simply won't bond/penetrate and a bead will be unstable, especially in MIG instances.
need a video about oxy acetylene welding plz
I like your video ❤❤❤
Thanks sir
Tnx for info 😊
Where did this man go? Its been 3 years since he uploaded.
thank you
