- Zotac magnus one 3070 unboxing and scam by Amazon India.Please help me.

I have ordered ZOTAC Magnus ONE ECM73070LH GeForce RTX 3070-LHR Mini PC, Intel Core Core i7 10th Generation No Memory/Storage/OS Barebones System 3 Years Warranty + 2 Years Extended Warranty on 8 December 2021 and product was delivered me on 13th of December i open the product in front of delivery agent while opening the package there was no seal on the zotac magnus one box both side the seal of zotac magnus box was already broken or open you can clearly see in the unboxing video I am having full and unboxing video but still Amazon specialist team banning my account and that they have send me the right product and saying they cannot help me regarding this product they cannot arrange replacement or refund so tell me how can someone prove his or her innocency the only anyone can prove his innocent like making unboxing video in front of delivery agent but still Amazon is not helping. I have see the reviews on this on the same product which I have purchase many people has to face the same issue that I am facing missing graphic card and processor but Amazon especially team is still deny this fact and mentally torturing me.
My dad is serving for Indian army he is facing many problems because of this and still Amazon is not helping me out a innocent and his family is suffering from this issue I have all the proof like making and unboxing video in front of delivery guy how can someone prove his innocence the only way is an unbox product in front of the delivery agent but still amazon specialist team is banning my account and and giving me false reasons I am in problem and my dad is in very stressful condition he has to do his duty for his country and I am a student and facing this issue I am not able to study not even eating the food I can't even sleep I am facing real problems regarding this so I am requesting Amazon please help me out otherwise if anything happens to me on my family members because of this incident happened by Amazon and not helping me the only responsible for this this this thing is Amazon so please help me out I am going through a lot I am requesting Amazon to have a look on this matter I am having unboxing video in front of agent and every kind of proof so I can prove my innocence so please do something I am requesting you.Please help me i am dieing and my family is under pressure and mentally torture because of this harrasment.

That's really shocking. Seller kaun tha ,Appario? Kuck log order return kardete hai ander se parts nikal ke aur wohi seller bina check kiye aage doosre ko sell lar deta hai. Kayi sare aise Magnus One Renewed me sell ho rahe hai bina CPU, GPU ke. Aapne Brand new liya tha ki Renewed ? Refund mila? Consumer court gaye the kya? 38K ka renewed mil raha tha par reviews dekh ke nahi liya. Aapka Amazon account kitna purana tha?

sadly this has happened with me too. all main parts like cpu and gpu is missing. i have complaint to amazon support lets see
@@anamoly01 bro i hope and pray u get refund or replacement for this but in my case their costumer services was useless and 1 more thing take your refund no replacement bcoz this can happen in replacment also so dont fall for this take your refund and be safe.

@@everythingcracked mil gaya, but had to go through 6 day investigation and face lot of re explanations. Amazon first call support would say something and backend investigation team would say completely opposite. Even if they investigate in your favour and say you will be refunded. again you have to call to first call support and explain the same to them they denied me that no such investigation occurred and i had to escalate to multiple levels then they acknowledged investigation part. the first call support people are robots they often would wrongly say that they called you and you did not pickup hence now they will again do 6 day investigation. Always go for refund on return. never order replacement
