Since I'm still waiting on the massive part order for the texture of the Great Hall, I've decided to start something that has been on my mind for quite a while - building my own custom Three Broomsticks tavern.

I wish I had some pieces to represent kegs currently. Need some for the Hufflepuff entrance as well, but just can never find any at a decent price. Hopefully one day soon.

@vladimirnikolov8224 It did occur to me the other day whether there should be a bathroom or not. Currently the desire is to include one, will have to see if there is enough room to accommodate it, as I have a few other must-includes already!
Well, I did the same thing, but dollhouse style instead of modular. I’ve been thinking of a rebuild, so this just inspires me to go modular.
I sympathize with the issues you are trying to resolve; they are all very familiar!
I like the idea of different looking chairs. I think you can take some license and make different tables as well, especially where you’re short on space. You could make a few slimmer tables, maybe bench seats, maybe even a small round table.
You sure need to stock up on brown for this build!

Hi and thank you for the great comment! Problem is those four tables should be the same, I think, though the two against the wall I am not sure we ever truly see them fully. Sizing those two down would be a good solution, if push comes to shove. As for the round tables - problem is I don't have any brown round plates (or many round 1/4 tiles for that matter). Store near me don\t either, but this has made me to look harder, it might look nice!
