What’s wrong with a warranty? You seem like the type of person who made fun of people in school for getting good grades
It wouldn't be smart simply because Carmax would 100% sell it back to you for WAY more than they paid you for it.. Also the warranty is 5 year 125,000 or 150,000 miles I think. You'd get cheated out of your money hard core. Trust me I 100% guarantee Carmax has blocked almost all the loop holes.. that's why they low ball almost always on their appraisals.. You'd have lots of miles by the time your warranty expires or you'd never drive the car then you'd most likley never use the warranty which is waisting money on something you're not using.. THINK ABOUT IT.

Somehow I missed this video but glad I saw it now. It puts such a smile on my face to see such a crazy vehicle and it all makes sense. I would absolutely buy one of these over a Challenger or Charger Hellcat due to the fact you can put the power down anytime you want. Hellcats even Scat packs are stupid in the sense they have no traction. I own a Scat pack and it's annoying if you want to leave a light with any kind of throttle, it just barks the tires in an embarrassing way.

PorscheSweden you know it's funny I have a 20 year old Jeep Grand Cherokee and it's lasted me well over 200k miles, still running to this day, I think a cars reliability depends a lot on the owner of the vehicle so, people that abuse cars, and yes that applies to Jeeps because they count as cars, then it's not so much of the fault of the car but the owner of the car. Doug couldn't have known what was coming in the vehicle marketplace. I searched for a Trackhawk within 100 miles. The cheapest one I found was a black 2018. Original sticker was $96,000, they were asking $78,000 with 45,000 miles. I think

I owned a 2017 hellcat for 3 years, sold for incoming c8, I rented one of these in Vegas, somehow didnt feel nearly as fast as hellcat, heavier and also top heavy, cool..but wasnt nearly same experience, hellcat manual too tho.

Great review (as always) but I'm still curious what the fuel milage is. Ya know, 2 stop lights per gallon . . . or 3? My stock Durango with a 318 gets a whopping 11 MPG combined. So . . . Bought my Trackhawk $101k May 2028 and loved every minute driving it! Instant power, no comparison! Warranty expired and it gets expensive to maintain, and I had so many warranty issues with it (suspension went out so couldn't put in Sport, 3 fuel injectors went out, radio/display went out had to replace, etc). Now I have a 2024 Porsche Macan GTS ordered & delivered in April. Launch is nice but not like the Trackhawk. But when moving, there is turbo lag where the Trackhawk would instantly pen you to the seat even at 80mpg, scratch all 4 tires when it shifts at 120mpg in sport mode; incredible! The biggest difference, the Trackhawk is AWESOME in a straight line! but drives like a truck...the Macan is nearly as fast on launch, quick enough on the punch, but the handling is INCREDIBLE! the combination of the power and sports car handling makes me not regret getting rid of my Trackhawk; HOWEVER, I'm sooooo glad I bought the Trackhawk back in the day; no regrets!!
