Hi Maddy Muhat, looking back at your concern, I think you are referring to the 'float mechanism' it is designed to cut off the power if the liquid in the drum reaches a predetermined level during wet vacuuming.Hope this helps. Thanks.

Hi @John Ray Matulac, you have to turn off the power manually. Air flow will automatically be cut off and light indicator turns on at the same time signalling you to turn off the power. Mine black+decker VC suction and blower working at same time... What's the reason?
Hi @Atul Chauhan. Thanks for asking. It is normal, suction and blower works at the same time. Just make sure to install the correct filter before using it. HEPA filter for dry (with dust bag installed) and Sponge filter (without dust bag) for wet vacuuming. Hope this helps.
