Hola! Acabo de comprar una... A cada rato se enciende la luz... Puede ser que se filtre el polvo a través de la bolsa? También cuando saco el filtro Hepa y la esponja, dentro del motor hay algo suelto... Es normal?

Thank you. For wet vacuum, you can use the "0:41 washable dust bag (grey colour dust bag)", its come together in the box. Hope this information will help you 👍

Compré esta aspiradora, mi pregunta es porque se deben colocar la bolsa para polvo por fuera del filtro HEPA osea que no esté dentro de la bolsa sino a un lado.

Hola, sí, la bolsa para el polvo está colocada fuera del filtro HEPA. Significa que el polvo pasará / se filtrará por la bolsa de polvo primero, luego pasará / filtrará por el filtro HEPA. Espero que esta información te ayude 👍😊
Hi there, yes, the dust bag is placed at outside the HEPA filter. So mean the dust will go through/filter by dust bag first, then go through/filter by the HEPA filter. Hope this information will help you 👍😊

There are two type of bag.
1. 0:43 - washable dust bag (can clean with water)
2. 0:56 - papar bag (cannot clean with water)
