My hair does this naturally when I grow it out. It's weird. It'll starts to get wavy and eventually look like this weird crossover between Luke Skywalker and mid 60's Mick Jagger hair.

I have a question salonguy, I have long hair and I put a good amount of effort into washing it properly and getting regular trims but I also have lots of energy and like to run, jump and dance around all day and often it messes up my hair. Is there a way I can prevent this or will I have to keep brushing my hair all day? thanks.
running, jumping, dancing would mess up ANY human beings hair lol. Either buzz it off or grow it longer to put in a pony tail/top knot.
