Appreciate pr. Anil for an appropriate reply to Methran. I too was an orthodox guy but by grace God enlighten me so I am a believer of Christ now. Let me say something seriously...the objective of orthodox church is expansionism not Christ teaching. They never teach bible nor encourage people to learn bible. This lead people to live unspiritual. These so called methrans doesn’t speak Christ in the church but very much on church traditions. There are few good priests who know the truth but since they are under authority they can’t do so. Today orthodox head is like expansionist xijiping of China. Grabbing properly n expanding his kingdom. But bible remind us that every one will be judged on the day of judgement n rewarded accordingly. There’s no partiality. People r ignorant since no one read n understand the word of God. Last year when I visited Kerala heard from my relatives that their priest encouraged them to fill the car dickey with liquor as they were going to grab the church. Bible says the drunken will never enter the kingdom but it’s very sad to se how innocent people are getting misled. Old Testament teach us how serious are priest hood in terms of holiness but today the holiness has become title (mockery)not practiced, gone to that pathetic stage. Gospel of John clearly speaks how brothers should live, if they don’t follow the decrees of God then God doesn’t live among them.
