We'll be moving through a series of both standing and floor exercises, working your glutes from all angles. All you need is a circle/loop resistance band. That tip about the bands placement was a hot tip! I’ve been working out for 25 plus years and I never knew that! 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ once I placed the band higher in my thighs, I had proper form instead of struggling with it right above my knees. I love these 15m short vids for a busy mom like me! I do your 15m upper then this 15m lower for a 30m total. Thank you!!
