Cheapest IKEA Bed Frame. Great Deal?

In this review, we'll be taking a look at IKEA's newest and cheapest bed frame. In this video, I'll be going more into depth so you can see if it's a great deal for you. Surprisingly, I found the Kleppstad bed frame to be really stable. When I was testing out the stability of the headboard and the overall frame, I found there to be minimal movement. Another thing I noticed about this IKEA bed frame is that the headboard isn't that comfortable to lean your head on. This headboard doesn't contain any polyurethane foam so you're going to have to stack pillows for you to lean back on it comfortably. The Kleppstad bed frame also has the classic slatted bed base for you to put your mattress on. The ends of the bed base are held in place by plastic holders that pop into the bed frame. I don't know how well they will hold in place over time but when I was trying to pop them out I still had to use a lot of force. Overall, if you don't mind the style and the lack of polyurethane foam in the headboard, then the cheapest bed frame from IKEA could be a great deal for you.

This frame is very lightweight but surprisingly stable without noises. Not moving while sleeping. The cost make it a value buy for me. very satisfied and totally recommend it.

The price of this bed frame went up drastically it is now 180$ but Id say it is still worth it if you have a full xl matress like me and have been looking at bed frames for hours on end and stability wise it is really solid and the only thing you would have to worry about is the frame sliding around on the floor if you have smooth floors

I found that the Kleppstad was more stable and they were both relatively easy to assemble. I also made a Kleppstad and a Slattum tutorial, if you need some help with assembling the beds.

Long shot, but does anyone know a source for identifying discontinued frames (1990s). I have a canopy bed with unusual features (curved headboard, tapered posters, etc. that I've had no luck finding online.
